Overview
Organization settings provide administrative controls for managing your FlowX organization. Access these settings from the left sidebar in FlowX Designer by clicking your organization name.Most organization settings require the Organization Admin role. The Organization Owner role can access account, dashboard, usage, and end-user (runtime) settings, but Designer user, workspace, and role management require Organization Admin. Monitor AI consumption metrics for your organization. Available when AI providers are configured — organizations that do not use AI features will not see meaningful data here.

Manage end users who access published solutions at runtime.
End-Users Groups
Organize end users into groups for role assignment and access control.
End-user roles are defined per project in Version Settings → End-User Roles, not in Access Management. See End-user access management.
